Born out of frustrations with the established "work ethics" of other computer support vendors, Palmetto Computer Care, LLC marks a completely different approach to customer service. 

We believe that customer service & satisfaction are the most important things, not how much profit we can earn from people & organizations that are already held hostage by inflated support contracts & outrageous rates.

Having computer troubles is stressful enough; a customer shouldn't have to worry about breaking the bank for low quality work. 

It is our pledge, that when customers allow Palmetto Computer Care, LLC the opportunity to serve their needs, we will do so with quality, professionalism & integrity as well as doing our best to minimize the out of pocket cost to our customers.
