Here at Palmetto Computer Care, LLC we take great personal pride in our work & always strive to deliver a first visit resolution each and every time.  We believe that "Doing it right the 1st time, every time" is essential to the needs of our customers. 

That is why we are proud to have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  *If a problem is not fixed right the 1st time, the 2nd time is FREE.  A customer will never pay twice to have a problem that should have been resolved the 1st time, visited again.

We also believe that a customer should never be charged by what the problem(s) may or may not be.  That's why we only charge a flat per hour rate, regardless of the problem(s). 

We also DO NOT believe in charging inflated rates like those other guys.  Our goal is to do our absolute best to resolve a customer's problem(s) in the 1st hour, whenever possible.

Lastly we feel that a customer shouldn't pay for the time it takes us to get to the customer.  That's why a customer will never be charged for travel time. Our clock doesn't start, until we start working on the problem(s).

We feel it's time to put the CUSTOMER back in "Customer Service" and we'll prove it!
