He is prompt, hard-working, diligent & does not give up until the job is complete.  I have appreciated his work ethic & tenacity when our computer problems (created by other professionals) turned out to be a larger job than we originally thought.  Frankly, he does not give up!  As a result, I have 2 new working computers that also contain the previously “lost” information from my old hard drive including precious photographs of my children & of myself as a little girl. 

However, Stephen is also honest.  He will tell you immediately if he cannot fix a problem or if he can but it would void the warranty so you are better off returning it to the store.  Additionally, he is prompt.
